Here's Exactly What Happens During Your 3 Hours

This is typical format but content and format can change but not the fun, learning and social connection

10:00am — MOVEMENT & MINDFULNESS (20 minutes)

We start with gentle yoga or dance to wake up the body. You'll cook better when you're present. (Optional — no judgment if you skip!)

10:20am — SPICE MASTERY WORKSHOP (40 minutes)

Learn the 10 spices that make 90% of Indian dishes. Smell them. Toast them. Understand them. You'll never be intimidated by spices again.

11:00am — HANDS-ON COOKING (60 minutes)

We cook together: - It could be Fermented dosa batter (8-hour process explained + shortcuts) or seasonal curries (changes monthly) or Fresh chutneys or Masala chai from scratch You're doing the work. We guide you. That's how you actually learn.

12:00pm — THE FEAST (60 minutes)

We sit at the community table. Share the meal we just made. Connect with fellow food lovers. This is the magic part.

1:00pm — GOODBYE (FOR NOW)

Pack up leftovers in your containers. Join the WhatsApp group. Book your next session (most people do)
